While you can connect with all members through Shaadi Chat, there are a few reasons why a member's contact number may not be visible to you.

1. Selfie Verification Requirement

• Ensure your profile is Blue Tick Verified through Selfie Verification, as verification is required to view contact details.

2. Privacy Settings

Members may choose to keep their contact details private and share them only when they are comfortable.

• Hide My Number: Their phone number remains hidden.
• Only Premium Members You Like: Their contact number becomes visible only after they accept your interest/request.
• Declined Profiles: If a member has declined your request, their contact number will remain hidden unless they change their decision.

3. Filtered Matches

• If your profile does not match a member's partner preferences, their contact number may not be visible to you.
• Some members choose to hide their contact details unless specific criteria in their partner preferences are met.
