How do I know whether my match is a premium member? Is there a way I can look for only Premium members as my match?

Every premium matches shown to you has a premium tag on it. You can see the tag just above the member's photo.
Website & Mobile browser users can click on "More matches" under Matches section to see Premium matches. The same is available under "Premium Matches" under "Home" tab for App users.
