I am unable to contact a member through the phone number mentioned on his/her profile as the number is not operational. What should I do?
"If a member's phone number is unreachable, they may have forgotten to update their latest contact details. In the meantime, we recommend reaching out via Email or Chat to share your own contact information.
To help us maintain platform quality, please report the incorrect number using the steps below:
On the Shaadi App or Mobile Site:
1. Open the member's profile and tap the three lines (≡) icon at the top right.
2. Select ""Report Profile"".
3. Choose ""Phone number is incorrect"".
4. Briefly enter the reason and tap ""Report"".
On Desktop:
1. On the member's profile, click the down arrow icon at the top right.
2. Select ""Report Profile/Photo"" and then ""Fake/Misleading Profile"".
3. Select ""Phone number is incorrect/unreachable"" and click ""Submit"".
4. Add any extra details or a screenshot if available, then click ""Continue"".
